Zachary, the idea was that MySQL may have added additional protection in case of such crashes, tis all. Based on your suggestion we will probably just simply upgrade to 4.x.

Does vBulletin support MySQL 5.0?
We had our forum crash last night (ran out of disk space) and the mysql database seems to be corrupted badly. (It's still "repairing"). We have/had about 500k+ posts in the forums.

babynino, check your access logs very carefully. It seems that vB's admincp is not picking up the correct URL location. The docs say to put impex in /admincp but the URL it is trying to reference does...

I have the same problem. I have a brand new install of vB and installed ImPex according to spec and I have a blank page when clicking on "Import" from the AdminCP.
Any luck?
