Color Issue!

Hi guys,

I just reskinned my forums a few months back and have run into a problem. The registration rules box "as seen in the image below" is the same color as the background....

Yes I do have a custom layout! just colors and buttons

what do you mean, modified style? is that like the forum colors and stuff?
