Weird error pertaining to posts.

Anyone? It's a really really urgent matter.

I've recently upgraded by hosting solution from that of a shared hosting to VPS. And I'm now suffering through this weird issue.

Now when a new post is made, its shown in the section but...

My forums are using really high server resources and in turn get turned off by the server. When asked to review logs, they've shown me this one query that's taking almost 5 seconds to complete and hence...

I've already contacted my host and they've asked me to contact Vbulletin since they don't appear to have a remedy for it.

I'm suddenly facing an onslaught of the following error - even while there is absolutely no traffic on my forums. What might be the cause of it?

The user reputation bar doesn't seem to 'increase' on my forum. Like, for example, Wayne Luke's user...

I'm on Vista x64 and I can assure you that there aren't any such issues with Vista.

Using a different browser might help?

Well, apparently, upgrading to 3.6.8 has fixed the problem.. Odd :/
