Attempted SQL Injection in ajax.php - Please Help

Hi,

I got a around 50 MySQL error reports yesterday with a similar query in to Ajax.php. Can anyone help me to find out what they were trying to do?

Why not? I heard this argument all the time when they were messing with vB4. I agreed to that to some extend because of the legacy vB3 code they had to use as a base; but not any more.

IMO, they shouldn't use redirects at all. i.e. thread IDs and postids should be kept the same for upgrades.

I was also wondering the same thing. As an admin user, would it be possible to use any vBulletin files to write to the root directory (assuming it's set as 777)?

Upgrade your server before going for vB4. Double the RAM, get better processors and a fast drive.

I believe you're referring to the Human Verification Options. It is exacly same as vB 3.8.
