vB Skin Library?

Is there a library of vB skins?

I see the template forums, however that includes all sorts of questions and discussions.

Something that is just a straight directory, with a consistent format, like:

http://www.phpbbhacks.com/templates.php

It also seems that some contributions would need to include some admin cp settings.

There are several sites that offer skins, some are free for download and some are against a fee.

You can check up the templates and graphics forums after you have purchased a license, for links to such sites.
