Vbulletin.org Access denied. Please help..

  • Vbulletin.org Access denied. Please help..

    Hi there, I have add my email to http://www.vbulletin.com/members/vbulletin.org.php and save it already. But when I try to access to some of the restric area that are for members of purchase Vbb only, it won't let me. It's keep saying:
    You do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:
    If you are a registered member and a vBulletin customer, please add your username to this form to be able to access certain resticted areas on this site!

    If you are not yet a vBulletin owner, and wish to post a question prior to buying it, please post in this forum:

    It's not your email address that you need to add.

    It's your customer number and password that you received from vBulletin.com when you purchased your vBulletin license. If you insert these details into this link then you'll be able to view the restricted to licensed users only forums and downloads part of vbulletin.org

      Actually, It is his email that goes in that form.

      However, you need to send this to the admins over at vBulletin.org. You are showing up properly here and should be there so it is a problem on their end. We have no way to fix it here.

        I didn't enter my email address when I did it. Only my customer number.

            Yes, I did check it and it's right. I am using the owner email right now and it still won't let me in.

              Enter your email address. (case sensitive)
              Make sure your vbulletin.org email address is the same.

                  There are reports that the email address is case-sensitive. Make sure you enter it *exactly* like it is on the vb.org forums.
