Are there refunds?

I was just wondering, if you buy a liscence of vB and put it on your server & everything, is there a refund period of like a week or something in which you remove/delete all traces of vB and you can get your money back?

Main reason I asked is because I'm looking to purchase it for a website that I run with someone else, but he seems to think that UBBThreads (v5.x.x) is better than vB. He's willing to try it out since I showed him what's on the vB3 list but there's no promises on his side

Anyway I'm confident he'll see the light
