    Hi Filburt,

    Thanks for the info. Sounds like vB3 has a way to go before a final release. I haven't converted yet from UBB, but hopefully will soon.

    Can you or someone comment on stability and ease of implimentation of any current hack to optomize vB2.* for seach engines?

    There are two ways:

    1. Use a hack (http://www.vbulletin.org/)
    2. Use vB3 when it is released because of the archive feature that you linked to

    Search Engines and vB Posts?

    Hi,

    I've noticed some bb's messages are commonly displayed by search engines. Usually the bb posts I find with search engines are very simple threaded posts. In fact, I've never seen a vB or UBB post show up in a search. Might be some bb sites are submitting more effectively, but for those search engines (google?) that apparently chew through millions of pages, does vB2.* allow for posts to be searched?
