Migrate to the Cloud Cost

I'm ready to sign up right now, but just need clarification. What is the total cost to migrate my 4.2.5 self hosted forum to the Cloud Gold Plan if I just do a monthly plan? Does the $74.99 per month include vB migrating the forum to the Cloud or do I have to purchase the year package and the migration is included? If I get a year package, can I change it to monthly after the year is up? Thanks.

You can purchase a migration add-on which costs the same as six months cloud and adds six months to your term.

If you purchase the annual, you can switch to a monthly term any time before it expires. The term will automatically switch at the end of the year.
