Q's about moving a larger site to VB Cloud

Two quick questions, I'm thinking about moving my 850k posts VB4 forum to VB5 Cloud. Looking at my historical bandwidth usage I would need a GOLD plan and might even occasionally creep over the 200GB bandwidth allotment which brings me to my questions.

1) Is the 200GB limit on the Gold Plan a hard cap? what happens if I exceed 1-2 months a year?
2) My site isn't anything special but I'm interested in seeing a few larger VB cloud-hosted forums, is there a directory of hosted forums or could someone PM me a few sites to look at?

1. We will contact you about moving to an enterprise plan if you go over the bandwidth or storage limits. The site won't be shut off immediately if this occurs.
2. While I know we have quite a few forums on Enterprise Plans, I don't actually know their specific domains. Would only know if a site had problems after migration.
