    Hi

    Quick question if someone was to buy a license to use vBCloud how active would the support be these days?

    The only reason i ask is that a YouTuber made a video of the terrible support he recieved from vB and their lack of responses.

    It was so bad he switched over to another software..

    Has the support been fixed since then?

    I can only speak for myself but never had a problem, switched to Cloud around 2018 I think it was.

    Any problems have been sorted within days. Great help and advice from support staff if you ask on here.

      Yes, support is still great. Even their multi language support uses to be active.
