Can Impex import from my old vbulletin html archive?

As subject. I have the html backup of the forum from way back. I can show domain ownership from the original active forum. The database data was lost. Is there any way at all to re-import it?

Don't need the users. Posting them as unregistered with the shown username is fine.

I'd probably need it to:
- Recognize what forum the post was in (don't need any of the same forum or post IDs) just to keep them separated by topic.
- Create a thread, and replies within it, and make the posts at the dates shown.
- Recognize additional pages of threads.
- Be able to cope with any missing html files.

ImpEx can’t do anything at all, it hasn’t been developed in over a decade. It won’t run with modern versions of php and it was never updated for vBulletin 5.

I know of no way to scrape vBulletin post content from html and put it into a database I’m afraid.

You would probably need someone to code a custom solution for this, but there is a lack of third party developers for vBulletin
