To translate forum content (including posts) into another language, you can add Google Translate. Here's how to do it:

You can embed ads, layout is easily customizable, the URLs are SEO friendly, you can create different groups for users and manage permissions, and the software has been mobile friendly for a decade..

Password protected areas are a step back since you can control access to locations via permissions already. You can have your users create a private messages for support tickets. Or create a ticket area where user's only see their own topics so I don't see a specific need to add this.

"intuitive and easy" to use is a can of worms though isn't it. You can say those three words and something will be implemented but it won't be exactly what you want. You should be more descriptive on exactly what you want to do.

Translation is also problematic. I can guarantee that 99.9% of web servers won't support this. This means it would have to be offloaded to a third-party service which can also be problematic. What if the service chosen doesn't have the language you want? What if they don't do business in your country? What if they are banned suddenly because the government in power doesn't like them?

Maybe you mean specific enhancements to these. If so, then you'll need to be more precise in your requests.
