Signed up for Cloud, still no email? In review?

Hi there. I signed up for Cloud yesterday. The confirmation email said it should take "minutes" to provision my instance. It's now over 12 hours later and I do not have any email. It shows "review" but no one has asked for anything. Just curious how long it sits in that state. I was really hoping to start setting it up last night and now I'm just curious how long it usually takes? Thanks.

This will need review by our sales time but they work only business hours.

You’ll also send an email to [email protected] and they will pick it up that way.
