  • Just downloaded 4.2.5 and am thinking about upgrading to the all new vb 5

I have a couple of questions as i don't know what the latest vb5 version is like and don't know what i'm actually in for when i walk into it once it's time for me to upgrade to it.

Firstly, Is it easy like vb4 with the config file?
Secondly, Is there any other added files i need to fill out?

I'm doing some serious thinking of it as i've used one before as a member and thought i might follow their lead

It is very much like vBulletin 4 with the addition of a drag and drop page building system called "Site Builder." In vBulletin 4, you could only customize CMS pages. This has been extended to every page in the system and allows unlimited custom pages. Along with Site Builder comes an extended Module/Widget system that gives you more ways to display your content.

The installation/upgrade process is pretty much the same process as we have used for the last two decades.

      Thanks for this.
I'm now doing my saving up for it first.
