If I start with VB Cloud, I assume I could migrate to VB connect at some point, correct? Also, if I start with VB Cloud and purchase the mobile add-on, that would also carry over to using it with VB Connect? Thanks!

You can migrate to the download product after purchasing a license for the download product. You should continue to be able to use your Mobile Suite product with the download product. The mobile suite is tied to a URL and API Key.
