In the feature comparison for "Can import 3rd party styles", the answer for the cloud version is "Partial". Is there a more detailed explaination that tells us what the requirements are for importing a 3rd party style for the cloud version?

vBulletin Cloud does not allow you to import styles that customize any of the default templates. It is a support and security issue.
If the style only makes changes to the style variables and css_additional.css template, then it can be imported.Translations provided by Google.
