Question About VBulletin Cloud

If i buy vBulletin Cloud, what i get? It this correct? Just answer by numbers.
1. Domain
2. WebHosting
3. vBulletin

You get those things yes, but you don't get web hosting in the traditional sense. You get a hosted instance of vBulletin where regular upgrades are managed by us.
You do not gain access to ftp and you cannot host anything else there. It's not a general web hosting facility.
