How much is the upgrade/ installation service and where do I begin?

I'm looking to update from 4 to 5.

The upgrade license is $209.00. If you wish for us to perform the upgrade, that has a separate fee of $149.00. You would start by clicking the Purchase link above. You'll be able to select upgrading your license after logging in with the link in the upper right corner.
