vBTube is (or was? I'm unsure the status) an unofficial 3rd party add-on for vBulletin that allowed closer integration of vBulletin with YouTube. I believe it almost acted like a way to browse YouTube from within vBulletin but you would have to contact them for a a full list of features, we do not endorse or support the product in anyway.
Using built in VB5 features you can embed videos into posts, you can create videos using the link content type, or you could put one or more video modules on an existing or custom page. There is no means to force users to only provide video links but a basic video gallery of sorts could be created using built in tools. -

Can a create a video gallery in vBulletin 5? or how to do ?
