  • Digybuy problem!!

    Hello, dear Developers !

    I'am trying to buy The Own License from you, and I allways get this stupid message.. I'll tried a several times...

    We are currently unable to process your online order at this time.
    Please order by phone, fax, or check and your daytime phone number is required.
    Otherwise try your order at a later date.
    What shall I do ??

      So CreditCard dosent work at all ?

        No their credit card service works quite well. Most of our sales are by credit card. However your country may be blocked from using credit cards because of high fraud rates or other issues. Or the service was down at the time due to maintenance. They would be the ones that can answer your question.

          I've mailed them, and now waiting for a reply..
          I just HATE to wait!

          Someone else have problem with this, Digibuy ?

                  I wonder if someone else can verify these problems. THey list no announcements on their site

                    It must be maintenance

                    My friend tried buying vb for me and he has a totally different ISP but it still did not work. I think it is most likely maintenance.

                      It is a shame, especially because I kind of trust digibuy, and the experience was positive when I used it. I have been hearing several complaints in the -pre-sales- board here. Let's hope it is a temp. issue they are dealing with. Or maybe some kind of 'cookie' problem with users who try to purchase? (IE6 auto blocks site cookies by default)

                        ??? I hope what you say is true about the cookies although I'm pretty sure I enabled cookies! I'll try it again.

                        I don't think there's anything wrong with a site doing maintenance, BUT they really should announce it!

                        Perhaps they should have an announcements page to tell customers when maintenance is being taken instead of directing it to an e-mail address.

                            It was a billing problem?

                            That's what customer service said! They also said that because I inputted data that did not match bank records they suspended my account for one day.

                            I simply don't understand it. This is the first time I've had problems using my credit card online and I do buy a lot online.

                            Surely...someone else must feel the same way I do: That this is frustrating and that there must be a better means of cc verification that letter by letter matching. That maybe you should also include the 3 digit verification number!

                            I know paypal is unprofessional to many but it is convenient and imho one of the safest methods of online payment.

                            vbulletin...I will try one more time but if I still cannot get the script via credit card, I'll probably move on to another forum script.

                              yes I am having the same problem. I have been trying 2 days now. they also sent me an email saying my details might not have matched my credit card so I have to keep waiting another business day. my details were correct though. I emailed them again with the error report saying it can't be processed. but thats all I seem to be able to do.
