    Upgrading to v5 and what kind of support that includes

    I am currently on v3 if I upgrade to v5 what kind of support do I get? Do I receive any support for inquires about customization or what exactly does said support entail? And how long do I have support for?

    There are 30 days of ticket support starting from the time you first install the software.

    After that we ask you create support requests in the VB5 support forum on this site. If we determine we need passwords or other credentials to resolve the issue we will escalate the issue to ticket support at our discretion.

    We do not provide any support for custom coding or custom styling, we would recommend any such questions be asked at www.vbulletin.org.

    We will answer questions like- how do I change the logo image? But if you say you want specific background colors, text colors, and whatnot we'll explain in general what you need to do but we don't make those types of customizations for you.

      In some cases I volunteer to answer customization questions. There are also other non-staff members who are helpful here.
