Upgrading from the latest 4 to 5?

Hi there,

I have been using VBulletin 4 for many years now but haven't been on here for a while and have been upgrading vbulletin 4 when necessary. My forum has beemn closed for a while but still accessable for visitors as it contains alot of content.

Is it worth upgrading and if I do, is it an easy process (My server fulfills the minimum reuirements)

If you're only leaving it as a read-only resource, I don't see the point of spending the money for this. If you feel that you need to change the look and feel, you may be better simply looking at updating the style you use.
