vBulletin account from 2006 not logging in, or sending password reset mailer.

Hi guys

I last bought a version of vBulletin in 2006 for $160. From what I remember, it includes lifetime updates/downloads, but I can't log into vbulletin.com to download anything, and the forget password service doesn't send anything out to me. Has my account expired? Surely not?

Please help urgently.

P.S. I can't add 'priority support' either because I don't know my account password, and can't receive it :/

You need to email [email protected] with the forum URL (any forum URL you ever used with your license), the email addressed you used at the time, or any other information you can remember and they can get you back into your account.

It may have been a lifetime license but updates were only good for one year from your last renewal, so it will still be a fairly old version.

You will however have access to upgrade pricing if you can get back into your account.
