Italian templates..Does it work?

I'm considering about buying VB...but i absolutely need it in Italian.
I've seen on templates forum a post where's attached templates translated in Italian...look here
These have been posted about september...so i guess they're not from the last version available of VB.
What's going to happen if i apply those templates to newer version of VB?
Can i do it?
Someone know if they really works ?

Provided the versions aren't too horribly far apart, it shouldn't matter. There are some minor things like from 2.2.2 to 2.2.4 there were attachment issues but nothing too severe.
