Cloud customizations

Hi there, if I purchase a cloud subscription, will I be able to customize my forum, visual changes and also I would like to install a third party non-hosted customer chat (involves adding some HTML to the page).

Is that possible?

Hello

You can customise styles and CSS, but not templates.

You can't install actual third party add-ons, however some chat modules (notably Comet Chat) only use html which can be added to a static html module on the Cloud platform. Check with your char provider first.
