i host with 1and1. do i meet the requirements to purchase and install?

they have php 4, php 5.2, php 5.4 and php dev
and also MySQL5.0




so if i buy will i be able to install to this?

Depending on the version of vBulletin you want to install, yes - what version do you wish to use?

Please note that we recommend using 4.2 on a live site at this time for which you should use PHP 5.2 or 5.3.
