Christmas discount and support

1. I read that there may be a Christmas special discount. I wont be here during Christmas so I was wondering how long it would be available or if it is now.

2.Does support start at moment of purchasing or when the software is gold?

1. There is no Christmas special discount that will be available as far as I am aware of.

2. For vBulletin 5 support issues, support will start from the day the software goes Gold.
