I have placed an order and paid for it but it says payment review?

I have recently placed an order for vBulletin 5 Connect + Mobile Suite Bundle

The payment has gone through successfully but why I'm not getting anything? In the order status it says ''payment review'' what does that suppose to mean?I have been charged already! when will I get my license and that stuff.
