I am starting a new educational based website.

Contents are videos, audios, .PDFs, educational encyclopedias software.

We are the one who will create all these contents.

We will upload some of them to our server and will upload others to free mirrors to save some traffics and some space.

I do not find a coder around me and I do not know much about coding.

I do understand that Drupal sound a good option but I do not know coding so I will stuck at the middle of the road.

Now I am thinking about using a based forum software and make it in categories and forums and sub forums and then add articles.

    - Main Category
    -- Main Forum
    --- SubForum
---- Threads ====> where I can add articles or new contents.
contents will be videos, audios, ebooks, encyclopedias software
and will set the articles to be displayed according names or date of posting and will make the titles formatted in a way that will help sorting threads easily.

And make members joining are limited or disable it or allow it, still do not know.

So please advise, can I do so!?

    Thanks and much appreciated

I am thinking from the long term stability point of view.

We only sell one license at the time which is the vB5 Connect License. You may choose to install vB4 instead of vB5 if you have the license. Pricing is here -

Please don't PM or VM me for support - I only help out in the threads.
