why is vbulletin forum not running on vb5 ??

why is vbulletin forum not running on vb 5, does it mean that, if we buy vb5 now and we are first timers, we need to wait, bcz vbulletin themselves not confident on this forum...........

can you give examples of any live vb5 forums running

The reason this site is not running on the vBulletin 5 software is because it is not yet complete and still in beta stages thus it is not recommended to be installed on production sites such as this one.
