Convert Delphi Forum to vB?

I'm asking on behalf of a friend of mine who is in sort of a bind regarding his Delphi Forum. As you may know, Delphi is pushing everyone to a pay model, and he'd like to look at other options. I know you guys over a conversion for hosted ezboard threads, is there a Delphi conversion in the works?

Currently I am quite sure there is no Delphi import utility under development.
