error with forum

Yes i know this is the wrong section but this stupid forum wont let me make a thread anywhere else (yes my email address is added for this account in members area)

anyway i just finished installing vb5 and got this error on the way to my acp after install

Can't login anymore

ModCP not working for Mods but ok for Admin

I set up a fresh VBulletin 5.2.5 on a linux box. php Version 7.0.14

No Permissions changed.

Seems to work fine the Administrator can access AdminCP and ModCP
But a Moderator...

"Render debug" error after installation

I have installed 5.0.0, everything went well and I got into the admincp too. But when I go to the site home page and want to log in, I see this error:
