You can tell me that fetches vB 5 Connect? Forums? CMS? Blogs? Reputation system? SEO built?

Please can you tell me who will be the new in VB5 Connect? and why buy it? I'm waiting for the stable release to buy ... but should give me a good reason to choose this VB5 Connect before my company Choose IPB.

The word "Connect" is used in the VB5 name to show it was designed to be more than a simple forum, but more of a community designed to keep users "connected." There are activity streams to keep everyone up to date on what is going on and notifications now when people reply to your "threads." Posts and threads themselves are no longer limited to just text with an embedded image or image- you can choose different content types including embedding albums in what would be considered a post- attaching links that grab an image from the page like Facebook does, videos, and other features you can see live on the above mentioned demo.

At launch VB5 is expected to have forums, blogs, a Like system, a front-end builder, and the other features I mentioned. Over time a CMS will be added.

A stable release will be ready when it is ready- unfortunately we can't give a specific date but when you purchase a VB5 license you can use VB4 Suite until you are ready and upgrade to VB5 Release version whenever you are ready.

You get access to everything as it is released.

Moved to pre-sales as this is not a software support question.

There will be nor forum or suite version anymore with vBulletin 5. vBulletin 5 Connect will include CMS automatically as soon as it's ready to implement it into the actual version.

Ok, I see what you were saying.

Unless vBulletin staff has other demos, this was the only one available publicly. Sorry.

    1. Yes.

    2. No.

I see your last ticket was July 14th and on a different subject.

started a topic Upgrade vB 4.2 Suite to vB 5 Suite

Upgrade vB 4.2 Suite to vB 5 Suite

I want to upgrade from 4.2 to vB vB Connect 5.
    however there are a few things I want to ask;

    1. I have Branding Removal license for vB 4.2 Suite, when I upgraded to vB 5 Suite. I still have the Branding Removal license?
    2. vB 5 is still in Beta version, if there will Stable version. Is there an extra charge for updates. For example: vB 5.1, vB 5.2, and so on.

    Please immediately answered, thank you.

I've tried contacting the sales, but there was no answer after a few days.
