Does VBulletin Cloud hosting have support for third party software, more specifically Comet Chat? I bought it for $129 to go on my Invision Power Board forum only to be told by the host to remove it because they don't allow it on hosted packages. Don't want to make the same mistake with VBulletin if it's the same thing here

We do not allow third-party addons for Cloud accounts at this time.

On Cloud, it's not physically possible to install add ons.

You could make it work with the downloadable product though.

I am from the CometChat Team. Yes, we do have support for vBulletin Cloud.

        Please see:

No server installation is required. You only need to add a few lines of HTML code to your site template.

@Mark @Wayne would it be possible to get in touch with you via PM to discuss further? I tried PMing you before but am unable to do so. Thank you very much.

Thank you, however we do not provide support for any third party add-ons at all, even on the traditional download platform. This is all handled on vbulletin.org.

Cloud users do not have access to templates, however they can add custom html modules within the page.
