How to Convert IPB 3 to vBulletin

Iam currently using IPB and i want to move on to vBulletin.Is there any IPB to vBulletin converter?

But does it successfully convert from IPB 3.4 the documentation I think was 3.0.x so I just want to make sure that if I convert over I am starting with something that does indeed work with current versions.
