2 Questions about upgrading from phpbb

OK I have a forum that I'd like to move from phpbb to vbulletin whilst keeping all the posts, members etc.

My questions are -

1. The forum was installed with quickinstall via hostgator. Would this cause any problem with moving it?

2. Would someone from your team be able to take care of the move for me after I purchased a license?

Assuming its a default phpbb install, it should be fine.

We do not at this time offer an official impex service, sorry.
