Question about the 30 days of support upon purchase.

I plan on converting my PhpBB board to VB, but would like to test and run a few scenarios before going live. This may take me a couple of weeks since I do this part time. Does the 30 days of free support start from the purchase day, or when going live ?

I believe its from the time of approval of the purchase. You could opt for an upgrade to the suite, or purchase a year of ticket support (or a month of phone support, it includes ticket support plus you'd get to talk to some of us ).
