A couple of questions:
1. Do you know of any 3rd party 'social expansion' plugins 9on vb.org) I could look at?
2. Photopost VB Gallery and comp...this on the demo. Cannot find it.
3. Social Groups...on the demo, having trouble finding it.
4. Can I use VB with a CDN?
5. FB/Twitter Login. A particular one you recommend?
6. Wordpress/VB integration: Recommendations?
7. I'm confused. So vbulletin does not use Forum Runner?
Thanks.

You can see a lot now you have an account on our site.
1. Are there any social network plugins/mods (also see #4 below)? I know this is a bit vague but something
that can expand the core VB beyond what is is now? Recommendation in vbulletin.org?
A: Various. FB connect. is built in, but we don't use it.
2. Photos: Photos and videos will play a BIG part in my forum/sn. A place where members can create a
gallery and upolad photos/videos (as well as hi-res ones) plus watermarking and copywriting (like Flickr).
Also, does a mod exist for users to sell images?
A: vB has personal albums and attachments on posts. We also have Photopost vB Gallery and our competition system.
3. What is 'Pictures Manager'? I've heard this referenced.
A: Asset manager, i.e. manage the content that has been uploaded.
We have an additional plugin that allows Gallery, Album, Attachments and Comp assets to be inserted into a post.
4. I've read on the forums here about Social Groups but I don't really know what the feature is. Can anyone
point me either to a site or a detailed explanation of the feature?
A: vB has a Social group facility, it is active on our site.
5. Does vbulletin have a built in cache or is there a mod for this?
A: Yes. It's called the datastore. It's internal and use MySQL.
It can be enhanced to use memory cache technology, eg. memcached or xcache.
6. Awards and gameification: I've seen some mods for this...and recommendations?
A: Via vb.org etc. 3rd party addons - esp arcade.
7. Is Facebook and Twitter login available? Mod??
A: Yes. FB is bundled by default.
8. VB integration with Wordpress: I know there's not a core integration (there should be!!) but any
recommendations on mods for this? REALLY good ones.
A: Yes via 3rd party vb.org etc.
9. A bit confused on this: Vbulletin has forum runner now, so does that take place of the Mobile Suite??
A: No. They are different technologies. We use FR and Tapatalk but not MS.

Thanks for the responses and help so far...it's been much appreciated.
If I could get a VB admin to answer some of my queries above that would be great. Trying to decide fairly quickly if I'm going ahead with VB or not.
Thanks!

Thanks for the response Steve. I've been a bit overwhelmed at vb.org so I'm trying to maybe get some recommendations as a starting point.
