I've been trying for two days to reach someone on the phone. The automated message states that "we are unable to take your call at this time." Is this normal? It really makes me think twice about buying their product. If it's this hard to get a question answered that would help me purchase the software, how hard will it be to get anything at all answered after they already have my money? This is alarming to me.

Don't call between 12 pm and 1 pm. However you should be prompted to leave a message and when you do they will call back as soon as they get it.
