    Why upgrade

    What incentive is there to upgrade a license. Way I see it 3.xx to upgrade is only a pittance saving. Might as well buy a full one and have two.

      Yes while could just buy a new license .. the old license running v3.x wouldn't be able to run v4............

        That vB3 license would still also be limited to what it could use based on what it can download from the members area.
