Oh maybe I was mistaken? I saw the thread How to Activate Your Discount(s) on vBulletin 5 Connect Licenses

and I assumed it was the same thing

If there is some "discount campaign" going on, it is usually announced on either the website or in the announcement forums. Since there is no such notice, I am afraid there are no discounts available at the moment.
