If i upgrade to VB 5 (I am on 4.2.2 at the moment), would i need to get the bundle to get the blog or would this just come with the upgrade? I have only just upgraded but i would like to add a blog to my forum.

There is only one vB 5 version available. It currently includes forums, blogs and groups. vB 5.1.0 will add the CMS.
The Mobile Suite just adds additional functionality for mobile visitors.
