    It seems that I have a 72 hour demo of VB5 that does not work. Rather, it asks for an install key. I do not have an install key.

    Direction appreciated.

      With respect.

      I am a pre-sales customer. This is an online, demonstration product, that's supposed to work without requiring support.

      Think for a moment about first impressions. Then ponder for a moment why I will not be logging a help desk ticket to find out about a product I don't have in production, based on the ease of use of something that's supposed to be a three day, demonstration.

        As we respect costumers and pre-sales costumers privacy some issues may be discussed within the ticket system for security reasons, eg. used e-mail adress, demo ID.

        You wanted a direction, I suggested a way to solve the problem with us. I won't chase you off.
