Not by default but there may be modifications for this over at www.vbulletin.org if you search there

Do you know if there is a flash video feature or plugin at all? So when a person uploads a flash video file it can then play that video in something like Longtail video?

You can add any extension you want to the system as well as remove defaults.

In your Admin CP go to Attachments -> Attachment Manager. Click on Add New Extension at the bottom.

For the extensions you add like .xls for Excel, you'll also want to upload an extension.gif file to images/attach. So for Excel files it would be an icon for those files names xls.gif.

I'm not sure if you can modify what extensions can be uploaded, but those above are the default.

    Upload of Files on posts

The last time I looked at Vbulletin was years ago. I was wondering, does vbulletin support the upload of Images, files (such as PDF) to the actual posts and Flash videos at all?

Or are there any plugins that support this.
