Hi, I would want to know if an administrator or moderator could change the last activity or last visit value for any user. Thanks in advance.

Not without editing the database directly which we don't supportVote for:
- *Admin Settable Paid Subscription Reminder Timeframe*

Actually, administrators can edit it in the ACP, its part of the edit profile page.
