Actually he can... It doesn't need to be a local image... edit the stylevar for "titleimage" and put the full URL to your image in, like http://www.yorserver.com/vblogo.png or whatever.

That's a bit different to definitively telling someone they can't do it.

That wasn't the question though... My guess is he wants to put his logo in it so he can take a screen shot to show his current forum how it might look if they switch to vBulletin- maybe build some excitement... it really doesn't matter why though.
