Is this or is this not vBulletin Pre-sales Question forum? And yet when Pre-sales Questions are asked by myself and others we are told without reason, explanation or answer to the question, to take our questions elsewhere and our posts are locked. Most disconcerting as you people are driving members and prospective members away.

You claim to be a VB4 license holder, but this account you are using is not tied to a license. Mark gave you clear instructions on how to show up as licensed, once you do you can post in the proper forum for your questions. As this again is not a presales question it is being closed.
