I've requested a 72-hour trial of vBulletin 5 Connect and am not receiving the email with necessary information in it. I've tried now with 2 different email addresses, and I've checked to make sure it's not going into my spam folder.

Some web based email clients (such as mail.centrum.cz) are not getting the email confirmation emails, not even to SPAM. So people are not able to register. Is there a way to fix it? i am using vB5.1.10...Thu 14 Jan '16, 5:43pm
