Thinking about switching

I am currently using phpbb 3.0.9 but I am thinking of switching to vBulletin. I have 2 questions...

1) Can I migrate from phpbb to vBulletin and retain all my users and their posts?
2) Is there a module/plugin where I can create a links page with a bunch of links to various sites?

2) Yes, but it is a third party product that you'll have to find and install from our developer community, http://www.vbulletin.org

What are you waiting for? phpBB is free but my least favorite tbo .

There's a few free custom directory/listing modifications that you can try which may or may not contain features you desire, hopefully one of the below will server your purpose .

1) Can users login to a vBulletin board using their Facebook or Twitter account?
2) Is the vBulletin SEO any good?
3) For anyone that has tried both IPB and vBulletin, which do you prefer and why?

I wouldn't recommend the Yellow Pages or Links mods as they have been left without update or any support from the author for a long time now.
